Return Policy

1.Returns and Exchanges:

   - We do not accept returns and exchanges of jewelry due to hygiene reasons unless the jewelry is defective.  In that case the Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact so it could be returned to us for your refund or replacement

2.Damaged or Defective Items:

   - If you receive damaged or defective jewelry, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. 
  - We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

3.Refunds

   - Once we receive the returned jewelry, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
